I used Six star muscle whey protein to be pretty built but lost it with going through a lazy period and gained some fat onto me. a month ago I decided I wanted to get myself back into shape and bought two different supplements to help me out, I dont just take these supplements I also do atleast 30 minutes of cardio everyday.
